The H995_07 heating jacket is a professional drum heating jacket designed for use in industrial environments where it is necessary to heat, maintain or fluidize products contained in 100-liter drums with a diameter of 47 cm. It is ideal for use in the chemical, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, and can be applied to both metal drums and plastic containers, paying attention to temperature regulation.
The spiral heating system with silicone rubber insulated resistive wire, combined with double electrical insulation and a fiberglass thermal layer, guarantees safety, uniform heating and protection of the contents. The adjustable thermostat from 0 °C to 90 °C allows precise control based on the type of fluid contained.
The outer coating is in polyurethane-coated nylon, while the interior is in fiberglass with a silicone rubber coating, a material highly resistant to heat, oil, chemicals and water.
The jacket is equipped with IP40 protection rating, a 4-meter long power cable with a Schuko plug (CEE 7/17), which allows immediate use without adapters. The dimensions (1595 mm long x 370 mm high) are perfect for stable and secure drum coverage.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition.
