The H995_05 heating band is designed for the indirect heating of materials contained in 200-liter metal drums, with vertical application. Ideal for the chemical, food, cosmetic, mechanical and pharmaceutical industry, it is designed to manage medium and high viscosity substances such as paints, oils, waxes, greases, adhesives, chocolate, honey, resins and glues.
The band consists of a resistive circuit embedded in fiberglass encapsulated in silicone rubber, materials that guarantee extreme flexibility, thermal resistance and perfect adhesion to the drum surface. The system of tensioning springs and chains allows for safe and stable installation, adapting perfectly to the curvature of cylindrical drums.
Equipped with an adjustable thermostat from 0 °C to 130 °C, it allows precise temperature control for melting, maintenance or pre-heating of the content. The band must always be positioned below the liquid level to ensure uniformity in heating and avoid localized overheating.
For particularly dense contents or to speed up the process, it is possible to use two or more bands simultaneously, always arranged below the fluid level.
With a power of 1.5 kW and 230 V single-phase power supply, the band is suitable for continuous professional use. The 1.5 m cable without plug allows for installation flexibility.
