The H995_03 drum heating belt is designed to heat, maintain fluidity, or reduce the viscosity of materials contained in 25-liter metal drums. Made of fiberglass-insulated silicone rubber, this belt adheres perfectly to the drum body, ensuring homogeneous and efficient heating.
It is intended exclusively for metal drums and finds application in the industrial, chemical, food, and cosmetic sectors, where it is necessary to work with oils, waxes, resins, glues, or viscous substances.
Equipped with an adjustable thermostat from 0 °C to 130 °C, it allows precise control of the operating temperature, while the integrated resistance wire ensures constant heat diffusion over the entire surface of the belt.
Installation is simple thanks to the system of chains with extendable tension springs, which guarantee stability and adhesion to the drum without slipping. Powered at 230 V single-phase, the belt has a power of 300 W and comes with a 1.5 m power cable without plug, to offer maximum flexibility of use.
