Structure:

• n° 02 supports, arched in shape, consisting of a double profile in galvanized steel sheet 60 / 10 thickness obtained by laser technology cutting; both supports are characterized by the presence of decorative cutouts and hollows on the external profile. Each individual support is provided with a plate, at the base, in galvanized sheet metal;
• seat-backrest shell made with n° 32 profiles in round galvanized steel tube ∅ 20 x 1.5 mm complete with spherical head PVC terminals. The profiles are welded on specific shapes, in galvanized steel sheet 60 / 10 thickness, with a stylized hollow inside. To ensure a comfortable seat, both the shell and the shapes on which the profiles are welded are designed to offer the user maximum ergonomicità.

Anti-corrosion treatments and finishing:

Pre-treatment:

• before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids. After washing, the product to be painted is dried for 15 minutes in a drying kiln.

Anti-corrosion treatment:
 

• in order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosive primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.

First baking (anti-corrosive):

• the product treated with the anti-corrosive primer is subjected to a first oven baking lasting 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°. In this phase, the anti-corrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of approximately 60 micron.

Painting:

• the product is subjected to a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on polyester resins in “bright aluminum” color. The painting is performed with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to deposit uniformly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 micron.

Final baking:

• the painted product is subjected to a final oven baking lasting 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°.

Fixing:

• the supports are equipped with plates provided with holes for anchoring to the ground by means of anchor bolts and expansion plugs; the external screws present on the structure are protected by pressure-fit PVC caps;
• the bench is supplied in an assembly kit, with stainless steel screws and assembly instructions.
