Bench for public spaces with an innovative design ideal for enhancing squares, courtyards and avenues. 

With an extremely elegant line, accurate in every detail, ideal for enhancing the characteristics of gardens and squares. Its originality enhances the characteristics of a place, making it unique and elegant. The item can, furthermore, be positioned in a sequential manner creating a wave effect, a complete circle, or countless other compositions. 

Structure:

• n°04 supports consisting of opposing arches in galvanized rectangular tube measuring mm 50 x 20 x 3 adorned with galvanized rounds;
• seat-back shell made with n° 25 curved profiles in galvanized round steel tube measuring mm 20 x 1.5 complete with spherical head PVC end caps. The profiles are welded on special galvanized flat iron shapes measuring mm 50 x 8, which gives it its anatomical shape.

Anti-corrosion treatments and finishing:

Pre-treatment:

• before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids. After washing, the product to be painted is dried for 15 minutes in a dryer.

Anti-corrosion treatment:

• in order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting anti-corrosion powder primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.

First baking (anti-corrosion):

• the product treated with the anti-corrosion primer is subjected to a first oven baking lasting 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°. In this phase the anti-corrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of approximately 60 microns.

Painting:

• the product is subjected to a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on “gunmetal grey” polyester resins. The painting is performed with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to settle uniformly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 microns.

Final baking:

• the painted product is subjected to a final oven baking lasting 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°.

Fixing:

• the supports are equipped with perforated plates for anchoring to the ground by means of anchor bolts and expansion plugs;
• the bench is supplied in an assembly kit, stainless steel screws and assembly instructions.
