Convenient dish draining trolley, with a structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel square tube, 2.5 x 2.5 cm. This equipment is ideal for speeding up the drying phases of glasses and dishes in professional kitchens, providing valid support for staff activities. Equipped with 3 tiers, 1 dedicated to glass draining, made of thermoformed ABS, and 2 functional for dish draining, with stainless steel sheet grids and anti-cut molded basin. Easily maneuverable thanks to the swivel wheels at the base, it has a total capacity of approximately 144 dishes. To ensure greater safety, it is possible to purchase a set of 2 wheels with brakes as an optional. Includes thermoformed ABS drip tray.
