The 3-tier dish drainer trolley is essential for aiding drying after the dishwashing phase in professional kitchens. It has a structure in 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, consisting of 3 shelves with stainless steel grids for positioning and draining 300 dishes. A convenient tray for collecting excess drops is also included, made of stainless steel and equipped with a plug. On 4 swivelling wheels.
