This comfortable bus shelter has a structure composed of four vertical uprights made of galvanized steel square tube; every single upright is complete with a base plate made of galvanized sheet metal and provided with circular holes for anchoring to the ground. Five shaped upper arches, in galvanized sheet metal obtained by high-definition plasma cutting, connected to each other by horizontal crossbars in galvanized steel square tube. Each crossbar is characterized by shaped terminals in galvanized steel. Back wall consisting of two crossbars (upper and lower) in galvanized steel square tube, central modules made of galvanized sheet metal box sections, side modules in transparent laminated glass with polished edges, inserted into a special frame with appropriate perimeter gaskets and supported by galvanized steel glass retainers. Side walls consisting of a frame in galvanized steel profiles, transparent laminated glass with polished edges, inserted into the frame with appropriate perimeter gaskets and supported by galvanized steel glass retainers. Roofing made of smoked compact polycarbonate, unbreakable, UV protected, and particularly suitable for outdoor use. The roofing is characterized, at the front and back, by a gutter, formed by a special shaping of the panel for the collection and drainage of rainwater. The shelter is equipped with a comfortable Bench consisting of two supports, harmonized with the upper arches, in galvanized sheet metal, obtained by high-definition plasma cutting; the supports are connected to each other by a crossbar in galvanized steel square tube. Two base plates, welded to the supports, made of galvanized sheet metal. Both plates are provided with circular holes for fixing to the ground. Seat with twelve profiles in galvanized steel round tube complete with PVC spherical head end caps. The base finish for this product is gunmetal grey. The painting technique adopted for the galvanized steel structure is thermosetting powder coating with oven baking.
