Description

The bench has been created to clearly highlight the movement of a circular or semi-circular structure. The item can be positioned to create a complete circle or multiple other compositions.

Structure:

no. 04 supports consisting of opposing arches in galvanized rectangular tube 50 x 20 x 3 mm adorned with galvanized rounds;
seat shell made with no. 06 curved profiles, in galvanized steel tube with an oval section of 40 x 20 x 1.5 mm complete with PVC end caps. The profiles are welded onto specific galvanized steel supports.

Anti-corrosion treatments and finish:

Pre-treatment

Prior to painting, the product is pre-treated by means of a spray wash and subsequently dried for 15 min in a drying oven.

Anti-corrosion treatment

To better protect the product from atmospheric agents, the item is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosion primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.

First baking (anti-corrosion):

The item is subjected to a first oven baking for a duration of 15 min at a temperature of 180°.

Painting:

The item is subjected to a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on polyester resins and is carried out with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to settle on the pieces forming a thickness of 60 microns.

Final baking:

The painted item is subjected to a final baking for a duration of 20 min at a temperature of 160°.

Fixing:

The supports are equipped with perforated plates for anchoring to the ground by means of anchor bolts and expansion plugs.
An assembly kit, stainless steel screws, and relative assembly instructions are provided.

Terms of payement

Holity uses PayPal and credit transfer as methods of payment.

Credit Transfer

Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

Take delivery

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:

The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS ....." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition. In case the customer fails to collect within 2 (two) working days of the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of courier and / or the Company due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, will return the goods to stores in Namiti Ltd., with charge to the account of charges for transport and storage of goods, the customer may request a new shipment of the goods, upon payment of these expenses and the new shipping cost.
