Description

Metal bench for urban furniture ideal for enhancing cities, squares, courtyards and historic centers. The bench shows a refined and composed elegance, in its simplicity it faces the new modern era with a high head, confident and proud of itself. The original supporting structure of the bench opens towards new horizons giving life to a modern article.

It is a product made entirely of galvanized steel, suitably shaped with plasma cutting techniques and processed with care and parsimony, particular attention is paid to the finishing technique of the bench which determines a duration over time much higher than the average of other competing products.

Structure:

n° 02 inverted “V” supports obtained from high-definition plasma cutting, in galvanized sheet thickness 80/10; each support is edged, on the inside, by a galvanized flat bar of mm. 80 x 6 and is provided with holes for anchoring to the ground;
n° 01 connection crossbar in galvanized steel round tube of mm. ∅ 60 x 2 complete with spherical head PVC end caps;
seat-backrest shell made with n° 29 profiles in galvanized steel round tube of mm. 20 x 1.5 complete with spherical head PVC end caps. The profiles are welded on special galvanized steel shapes that give it its anatomical shape.

Anti-corrosion treatments and finishing:

Pre-treatment: before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids. After washing, the product to be painted is dried for 15 minutes in a dryer.
Anti-corrosion treatment: in order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosive primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.
First baking (anti-corrosive): the product treated with the anti-corrosive primer is subjected to a first oven baking lasting 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°. In this phase the anti-corrosive polymerizes.
Painting: the product is subjected to a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on polyester resins in color “gunmetal”. The painting is performed with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to deposit uniformly on the pieces.
Final baking: the painted product is subjected to a final oven baking lasting 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°.

Terms of payement

Holity uses PayPal and credit transfer as methods of payment.

Credit Transfer

Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with Holity but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or rejection by Holity, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Holity will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment.

Take delivery

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:

The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS ....." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition. In case the customer fails to collect within 2 (two) working days of the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of courier and / or the Company due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, will return the goods to stores in Namiti Ltd., with charge to the account of charges for transport and storage of goods, the customer may request a new shipment of the goods, upon payment of these expenses and the new shipping cost.
