The H983_13 wheelchair restraint belt is a medical aid designed to ensure safety and stability for patients sitting in a wheelchair. Ideal for non-autonomous patients or those with reduced mobility, it helps prevent slipping, accidental falls and uncontrolled movements during their stay in a wheelchair or assistance chairs.
The device is made of soft, resistant and breathable materials, designed to guarantee comfort even during prolonged use. The internal padding is in polyurethane covered in MTP velvet, while the exterior and the straps (webbing) are made of 100% cotton, gentle on the skin. The eyelets for the closure are in Nickel/Brass alloy, compatible with magnetic safety buttons (not included, see options).
For advanced protection, it is possible to purchase safety buttons and the magnetic key separately, which prevent unauthorized opening. The system can only be unlocked using the dedicated key.
