The H287_374 used battery container is designed for the safe and ecological separate collection of exhausted batteries, and is intended for outdoor public environments such as streets, schools, commercial areas, parking lots, gas stations and condominium spaces. Its installation on a pole makes it ideal for urban contexts where ground space is limited and a highly visible but compact collection point is desired.
The bin is made of shaped galvanized steel sheet thickness 10/10, with bottom and cover in molded sheet metal thickness 15/10, resistant to atmospheric agents and wear. The top hole allows for easy insertion of exhausted batteries, preventing dispersion or disposal errors. The total capacity is approximately 32 liters, suitable for collecting a good volume before emptying.
The structure is treated with an epoxy powder coating cycle: pre-degreasing, drying, electrostatic painting and oven polymerization at 180/200°C, to ensure a finish resistant to UV rays, corrosion and vandalism. The powders used are non-toxic and comply with environmental regulations.
The container is fixed to existing poles with a maximum diameter of 60 mm. The opening system is tilting with release via Allen key (included) and universal triangular key lock, which ensures safety against accidental opening or tampering.
