Height-adjustable single-seater desk with a single-column metal structure, made with a telescopic steel tube, diameters 32x1.5 mm and 28x1.5 mm. The Ø 28 tube is bent and perforated. 5 holes are made in the Ø 28 tube allowing for adjustment of the desk height. The height is regulated by a system of bushings and hidden screws that cannot be removed by the student, but only through the use of a specific key. The two side structures are connected to each other by two crossbars with a diameter of 28x1.5 mm, of which the first with a footrest function is covered by an extruded plastic profile and ensures stability to the desk, while the second, welded between the top of the two uprights, serves to stiffen and stabilize the desk itself. The floor support is made with two Ø 40 steel tubes covered with special cap tips locked by self-drilling screws. The entire structure is welded in special jigs with continuous wire welding. The painting of the structure is carried out after degreasing and a kiln-baked polyacrylic finish. The top is made of E1 class melamine-faced chipboard, formaldehyde-free. Thickness 20 mm, rounded ABS edging at the 4 corners. Rounded beech edge with a natural finish.
