School chair in beech wood for schools, produced with top quality materials that are resistant and durable over time. Tubular structure Ø 25 continuous wire welded, support and reinforcement connections of the structure adhering below the seat. The chair is made according to current regulations. In relation to the student’s height, the standards aim to encourage the adoption of a correct posture contributing to the psychophysical development of children and young people. Structure composed of three tubular steel elements shaped in such a way as to allow stackability. The entire shaping of the individual components of the metal structure is carried out cold in such a way as to guarantee maximum resistance and the total absence of “wrinkles”; while the fastening of one component to another takes place via continuous wire welding which guarantees maximum hold and the absence of imperfections, thus leaving the structure free of defects that could cause damage to people or things. Painting is carried out through the application of epoxy powders, after degreasing and phosphating treatment, and subsequent polymerization in a thermal tunnel at 200°. The seat and backrest are made of 7 mm beech plywood, press-curved and hot-shaped with an ergonomic shape to guarantee maximum comfort, naturally painted through the application of non-toxic water-based paints. The fixing of the seat and backrest to the metal structure takes place with the use of eight high-strength rivets, four to the backrest and four to the seat. The chair is equipped with noise-reducing and non-slip rubber feet, non-removable, which, even when dragged, do not leave any trace on the floor.
