Description

Urban furniture planter with an elegant design suitable for any context; particularly suitable for squares, streets and avenues. The round and concave shape of the planter was created using curved galvanized flat iron slats, its wide shape also makes it possible to insert large pots inside the fiberglass container.

Circular structure consisting of:

double base ring and upper ring in ∅ 40 x 1.5 mm galvanized steel round tube;
40 curved elements in 30 x 3 mm galvanized flat iron;
internal container made of “brick red” fiberglass.

Anti-corrosion treatments and finishing

Pre-treatment: before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids. After washing, the product to be painted is dried for 15 minutes in a dryer.
Anti-corrosion treatment: in order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosion primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.
First curing: the product treated with the anti-corrosion primer is subjected to a first oven curing lasting 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°. In this phase, the anti-corrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of approximately 60 microns.
Painting: the product is subjected to a final painting cycle with gunmetal color polyester resin-based thermosetting powder. The painting is carried out with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to settle uniformly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 microns.
Final curing: the painted product is subjected to a final oven curing lasting 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°.

Credit Transfer

Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.

Take delivery

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:

The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS ....." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition. In case the customer fails to collect within 2 (two) working days of the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of courier and / or the Company due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, will return the goods to stores in Namiti Ltd., with charge to the account of charges for transport and storage of goods, the customer may request a new shipment of the goods, upon payment of these expenses and the new shipping cost.
