Metal ashtray for urban furniture. Available in several colors. Ground fixing. Made in Italy.

Structure:

 

  • support post made by shaping a galvanized plate of 150 x 8 mm; the post is equipped with holes, in the lower part, for fixing to the ground and two stylized slots, in the upper part, for introducing cigarettes. The first slot contains a micro-perforated sheet inside intended for extinguishing the cigarette; the second slot gives access to the internal container;
  • No. 01 vertical stiffening support in 60 x 6 mm galvanized plate;
  • ashtray consisting of a galvanized sheet container 12 / 10 thickness with a rounded lower edge.

Emptying:

  • release of the Allen screw and frontal tipping

Anti-corrosive treatments and finishing:

 

Pre-treatment:
  • before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids. After washing, the product to be painted is dried for 15 minutes in a drying kiln.
Anti-corrosive treatment:
  • in order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosive primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.
First baking (anti-corrosive):
  • the product treated with the anti-corrosive primer is subjected to a first oven baking for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°. In this phase the anti-corrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of approximately 60 microns.
Painting:
  • the product is subjected to a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on polyester resins in “brilliant aluminum” color (support post) and “carmine red” RAL 3002 (ashtray). The painting is carried out with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to settle uniformly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 microns.
Final baking:
  • the painted product is subjected to a final oven baking for 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°.

 

Materials used:

 

Galvanized steel:
  • the material used for the production of the product is S275JR+AR quality steel and DX 51D+Z275 quality strip galvanized steel. In its production, the strip galvanized steel undergoes the galvanizing process, therefore, it follows that the metallic structure of the product is already galvanized from the start. Galvanizing is one of the most widespread methods for protecting steel products from attacks by external atmospheric agents. The guarantee that the “metal” does not rust is given by the cathodic protection offered by the zinc layer, which in the presence of a scratch or an area not superficially protected, having a lower potential, oxidizes instead of the steel.
Epoxy powder:
  • the anti-corrosive used is a thermosetting powder based on epoxy and polyester resins, formulated with special anti-corrosive pigments. The film obtained from the application of this product gives the metallic structure adequate anti-corrosive protection;
  • the finish, based on thermosetting powder, gives the product an excellent decorative and protective effect.

Terms of payement

Holity uses PayPal and credit transfer as methods of payment.

 

Credit Transfer

Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

PayPal

Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where  in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with Holity but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or rejection by Holity, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Holity will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment.

Take delivery

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:

  • The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
  • The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS ....." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition. In case the customer fails to collect within 2 (two) working days of the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of courier and / or the Company due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, will return the goods to stores in Namiti Ltd., with charge to the account of charges for transport and storage of goods, the customer may request a new shipment of the goods, upon payment of these expenses and the new shipping cost.
