The spill containment pallet h977_04 represents an advanced modular solution for setting up safe storage areas for drums, jerricans, and containers of hazardous substances. Designed with a low-profile floor design, it allows warehouses and production areas to be transformed into functional work environments, minimizing loading height and facilitating daily operations.
The component is molded in a 100% virgin polyethylene monobloc stabilized against UV rays, a construction technology that eliminates welds and ensures the total absence of leaks. The excellent chemical resistance makes it compatible with a wide range of aggressive agents, including acids, bases, and oils, typical of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and engineering sectors.
The system stands out for its modularity: through the use of bulkhead fittings, it is possible to connect multiple units together to create custom containment platforms, adaptable to the specific layout of the site. The structural load capacity of 600 kg guarantees the stability necessary for heavy industrial loads.
