User benefits
Regulatory compliance: The 1400-liter collection capacity ensures compliance with environmental laws by preventing soil contamination during the storage of hazardous liquids.
Structural integrity: Seamless monobloc technology → guarantees the absence of leaks and prolonged durability even under heavy use conditions.
Environmental resistance: The UV stabilization of the polyethylene → allows installation in outdoor areas without the risk of material embrittlement or discoloration.
Space optimization: The stackable structure → allows for a drastic reduction in warehouse footprint and transport costs during non-operational phases.
Operational safety: The reinforced bottom with a capacity of up to 2500 kg → offers stable and safe support for heavy loads, protecting the integrity of operators.
Scope of application
This pallet is specifically suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical plants where the storage of aggressive substances in IBC tanks is required. It finds ideal application in oil storage areas, decanting zones, and industrial warehouses requiring anti-pollution systems compliant with workplace safety directives.
Why choose it
The h977_10 bund is the right choice when it is necessary to simultaneously manage two IBC units with a single containment solution, reducing the fragmentation of storage points. Compared to steel models, the polyethylene structure is essential in operational scenarios involving contact with highly corrosive substances that could compromise the integrity of metals, ensuring zero maintenance over time.
FAQ
What is the advantage of polyethylene compared to metal sumps?
Polyethylene guarantees absolute resistance to corrosion and rust, making it ideal for the storage of strong acids and bases that would rapidly degrade metal versions.
Does the bund comply with current environmental safety regulations?
Yes, the 1400-liter collection volume is sized to contain potential spills in accordance with the minimum safety requirements stipulated for the storage of polluting liquids.
Is it possible to move the pallet when the IBC tanks are full?
No, to ensure structural stability and operator safety, the pallet must be moved exclusively when it is empty, using a forklift.
