FAQ
What happens if both keys to the lock are lost?
As it is a high-quality standard cylinder lock, it is possible to contact a technical assistance service for cylinder replacement or technical opening, ensuring the continuity of use of the support.
Is it possible to fix the cabinet on surfaces other than a load-bearing wall?
Yes, the cabinet is supplied with bolts for standard fixing; for installation on plasterboard or light walls, we recommend using specific wall plugs suitable for the 6 kg weight plus the load of the keys.
Are the numbered tags repositionable?
The hooks are fixed to ensure stability, while the provided tags allow for clear numerical identification following the board’s predefined scheme.
