The H937_21 3-joint removable hospital bed with 4 manually adjustable sections has been designed to offer versatility, robustness, and practicality in healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and for home care. Section adjustment takes place through two independent cranks, which allow for easy modification of the position of the headrest and leg section thanks to independent screw pushers with folding and retractable cranks and end-of-stroke clutch. The foot section adjusts automatically with the leg section, while the pelvis section remains fixed, ensuring stability and safety for the patient.
The bed frame consists of two halves made of rectangular section steel, which guarantee solidity and durability over time. The mobile sections are made of steel rod with rectangular mesh (100 x 50 mm), rounded edges, offering optimal support and uniform distribution of the patient’s weight. The bed is also equipped with 2 supports for patient lifter pole and IV pole.
The ends feature removable headboard/footboard made of steel tubes with circular section Ø 30x1.5 mm with removable 12 mm thick melamine panels, which facilitate cleaning and maintenance. The bed finish is made with epoxy powder coating baked at 200°C, in white, which protects it from wear, scratches, and chemical products used for cleaning, ensuring a long life and maintaining a professional appearance.
