User benefits
Volumetric optimization: the stackable feature allows for the use of vertical space, reducing the footprint in warehouses.
Load stability: the shaping of the steel structure prevents accidental drum movement, increasing personnel safety.
Ease of dispensing: the horizontal positioning allows for complete and controlled emptying of the drums via taps.
Mechanical resistance: the use of high-quality steel ensures a certified capacity of 450 kg, preventing structural deformation under load.
Logistical versatility: the structure is compatible with major handling standards, simplifying the configuration of storage areas.
Scope of application
The support is ideally used within chemical depots, mechanical workshops and production departments where the management of oils, lubricants or industrial fluids is required. It is suitable for creating storage islands and retrieval stations in compliance with company safety procedures, especially in combination with collection sumps for the prevention of accidental spills.
Why choose it
This support is the right choice when it is necessary to transform static storage into an efficient dispensing station. Compared to simple ground supports, the possibility of stacking offers immediate scalability for companies managing increasing volumes of drums without being able to expand the warehouse area. It is a lasting investment for those who demand structural rigor and protection against the mechanical wear typical of heavy industrial environments.
FAQ
How many supports can be safely stacked?
Although the structure is stackable, stability depends on the total capacity of the supporting surface and local occupational safety regulations; it is usually recommended not to exceed two levels if loaded to maximum capacity.
Does the support include the sump for spill containment?
No, the supply exclusively includes the steel support for the drums. To ensure environmental compliance and prevent spills, the support must be positioned over an appropriate collection sump.
What types of drums can be accommodated?
The support is specifically sized for standard 200-liter drums, whether in metal or plastic, provided their geometry allows for stable horizontal positioning.
