Medium size dressing trolley, monocoque, made of high-density composite materials that guarantee excellent durability over time, resistance, safety, hygiene and extreme maneuverability of the trolley. The innovative design of shapes and colors gives the trolley an attractive, linear and compact line. The Self-Supporting Structure is formed by 4 external uprights made of epoxy powder-coated steel that ensure reliability, stability and compactness to the trolley. The painting process complies with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. The Side and Rear Walls are self-supporting up to 100 kg of load, made of technopolymer, with rounded edges and no sharp corners, prepared for the insertion of numerous accessories. The upper Work Surface is in molded technopolymer, scratch-resistant, washable and easily disinfectable. Complete with perimeter edge on three sides for liquid containment. Top dimensions 950x500 mm. Electro-galvanized sheet metal riser, complete with double row of reclining transparent plastic drawers (5+4), dimensions 600x110x25 h mm, with containment edge. The Drawers are molded in technopolymer, removable, interchangeable and sliding on full-extraction telescopic guides with end-of-travel block and automatic closing; complete with ergonomic and anti-trauma molded handle. Centralized locking. Left side ergonomic and anti-trauma push handle in ABS. 3 tilting storage compartments. The right side additional pull-out work surface in technopolymer sliding on full-extraction telescopic guides with end-of-travel block, complete with ergonomic and anti-trauma molded handle. The Base is composed of a double anti-tip and anti-shock perimeter bumper in technopolymer, which guarantees maximum safety for the operator, even when all drawers are opened simultaneously. The wheels are thermoformed, anti-thread and in solid rubber, mounted on ball bearings with Ø 150 mm, 2 of which with brake.
