The h55_140 crate and sack hand truck is an advanced technical solution designed for the safe handling of irregular-shaped loads. Its distinctive feature is the curved back, specifically designed to accommodate and stabilize sacks, drums, and soft materials, preventing lateral slipping during transport. It solves critical issues related to last-mile logistics, moving, and the organization of industrial warehouses, offering ergonomic support that reduces the operator’s physical effort.
The structure is made of high-quality electrowelded tubulars and plate, finished with a RAL1028 yellow acrylic powder coating that ensures high resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear. The movement system relies on top-quality wheels with an injected aluminum disk and a vulcanized elastic rubber ring, mounted on ball bearings to ensure smooth movement even under full load on irregular surfaces.

User benefits
Load stability: The shaped curved back → allows the safe transport of cylindrical or flexible objects such as sacks and drums, eliminating the risk of accidental falls.
Silent maneuverability: The elastic rubber wheels with ball bearings → absorb vibrations and shocks, allowing smooth movements even on uneven industrial floors.
Material protection: The integrated lateral wings → prevent direct contact between the wheels and the load, preventing tears or dirt on the transported materials.
Operational longevity: The electrowelded structure with acrylic finish → ensures a long service life for the truck even in intensive work contexts and in the presence of chemical agents.
Immediate efficiency: The delivery of the already assembled product → eliminates downtime and assembly costs, making the truck operational from the moment of delivery.
Field of application
The h55_140 truck is suitable for professional contexts that require reliability and robustness. It finds application in the logistics and transport sector for goods unloading operations, in the HoReCa sector for moving drums and food sacks, and in the manufacturing sector for internal warehouse management. It is suitable for use on technical floors such as industrial resin, power-trowelled concrete and stoneware, but also in outdoor contexts on asphalt.
Why choose it
This model is the right choice when the priority is the handling of loads that do not have a flat supporting base, typical of the agricultural, construction, or chemical sectors. Compared to standard flat-back trucks, the H55_140 version offers superior stability for "soft" materials without increasing the equipment’s net weight, maintaining an exceptional load-to-weight ratio (300 kg load on only 13 kg of structure).
FAQ
What differentiates elastic rubber wheels from standard solid rubber wheels?
Elastic rubber wheels with an aluminum core offer superior elastic return and lower rolling resistance. This results in greater ease of pushing under heavy loads (up to 300 kg) and a capacity to overcome small obstacles without transmitting excessive vibrations to the operator.
Does the hand truck comply with occupational safety regulations?
Yes, the product fully complies with current CE regulations. It includes safety devices such as wheel guards and ergonomic non-toxic rubber handles to ensure maximum safety during manual load handling operations.
Can the hand truck be used on delicate floors?
Certainly. The vulcanized elastic rubber is designed not to leave marks and not to damage high-quality surfaces such as stoneware or resin floors, while maintaining excellent grip on road surfaces such as asphalt.
