The monobloc transport trolley is a professional solution designed for the manual handling of crates, packages, boxes and bulky goods in logistical and operational contexts. Made entirely of steel sheet, this support guarantees superior structural stability thanks to the monobloc configuration, which eliminates the typical weak points of assembled or folding structures. The surface finish is obtained through oven-baked powder coating in RAL 3000 red, a treatment that ensures effective protection against wear and external agents.

User benefits
Structural integrity: the monobloc steel frame ensures greater resistance to mechanical stress compared to articulated models.
Manoeuvring fluidity: the 150 mm diameter wheels make it easier to overcome small obstacles and floor irregularities.
Surface protection: the oven-baked powder coating prevents corrosion and maintains aesthetic integrity even in intensive work environments.
Loading ergonomics: the height of 105 cm allows a firm grip and an optimal lever arm when transporting loads up to 100 kg.
Visibility and safety: the RAL 3000 coloring ensures high visibility of the device in transit environments, reducing the risk of collisions.
Field of application
This trolley is suitable for use in storage warehouses, retail outlets and shipping departments for handling single or stacked packages. It also finds effective application in the HoReCa sector for transporting beverage crates and supplies, as well as in mechanical workshops or craft laboratories for moving heavy components and bulky equipment.
Why choose it
The monobloc trolley is the right choice when the operational activity requires maximum rigidity and a structure that does not develop mechanical play over time. It is preferable to folding models in continuous and intensive use scenarios, where speed of use and frame sturdiness are prioritized over the need to reduce the trolley’s footprint when not in use. It represents the standard for those looking for an essential, long-lasting and maintenance-free work tool for the joints.
FAQ
What is the advantage of the monobloc structure compared to a folding one?
The monobloc structure offers superior stability and extended durability, as the absence of hinges or closing mechanisms eliminates parts subject to mechanical wear and possible failure under constant load.
Is the trolley suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the oven-baked powder coating provides weather-resistant protection, although indoor storage is recommended to preserve the fluidity of the wheel bearings over time.
What are the reference regulations for the load capacity of this trolley?
The trolley is designed to support a nominal capacity of 100 kg, in accordance with good manufacturing standards for manual load handling equipment, ensuring operational safety when used within the declared limits.
