Metal shelter with side walls, ideal for waiting for public transport.
The structure is composed of two vertical load-bearing structures with upper arches in galvanized sheet metal obtained by laser cutting technology; on each structure, there are alternating elliptical and circular cut-outs. Two base plates, elliptical in shape, made of galvanized sheet metal provided with circular holes for fixing; triangular stiffening plates are welded to connect the base plates and the vertical structures.
Rear wall consisting of a perimeter frame in galvanized steel angular profile and transparent alveolar polycarbonate.
Side walls consisting of a perimeter frame in angular profile. Transparent alveolar polycarbonate supported by galvanized steel rectangular tube profiles. Front vertical upright in galvanized steel round tube complete with base flange.
Opaque alveolar polycarbonate roof supported by galvanized steel rectangular tube profiles, gutter, in the rear part, for the collection and discharge of rainwater.
Bench made with two galvanized sheet metal supports obtained by laser cutting technology, both supports are characterized by the presence of decorative cut-outs. Two base plates, welded to the supports, made of galvanized sheet metal, both plates are provided with circular holes for fixing to the ground. Seat with twelve steel round tube profiles complete with spherical head PVC end caps and backrest with nine steel round tube profiles complete with spherical head PVC end caps.
The painting technique adopted for the galvanized steel structure is thermosetting powders oven-baked, which gives the product greater longevity.
The shelter and the bench are supplied with an assembly kit, stainless steel screws and assembly instructions.
