The urban street furniture bus shelter is ideal for use near schools, parks, and sports centers, and it is equipped with a bench. The metal shelter provides shelter for passengers waiting for the bus. The structure consists of three rear posts made of galvanized steel profile, two front posts in galvanized steel round tube, and a roof frame with two side ribs in galvanized sheet metal. Side and rear walls consist of a perimeter frame in galvanized steel angle profile complete with decorative cross-braces on the outside, in galvanized steel square tube. Infill in clear alveolar polycarbonate supported by galvanized steel rectangular tube profiles. Bench consisting of two galvanized steel round tube supports and a seat made with five galvanized steel tube profiles. The product is pre-treated by spray washing with degreasing liquids and then dried for 15 min in a drying oven. Furthermore, the product is subjected to a painting cycle using an anticorrosive thermosetting powder primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments to guarantee suitable protection against atmospheric agents.
