The H140_539 bicycle rack for public spaces is an innovative solution that combines functionality, design, and additional services for urban mobility. Designed to accommodate 2 bicycles and integrate into high-traffic outdoor contexts, it is made with a stylized silhouette in 6 mm thick galvanized sheet metal, laser-cut and shaped to ensure resistance and precision.
At the center of the structure is a technical compartment in 3 mm thick galvanized sheet metal designed to contain electronic components and power 2 Schuko electrical sockets (one on the front and one on the back), useful for charging electric bicycles or other devices. The compartment is equipped with security screws to facilitate any maintenance operations, while the bike rack is supplied already wired with a power cable at the base approximately 1 meter long for connection to the public network.
The finish is made with a complete cycle of anti-corrosion treatments and thermosetting powder coating, which includes washing, sandblasting, protective primer, and polymerization at 180°C, ensuring protection against rust, wear, and atmospheric agents. The steel parts are painted in RAL 1018 (yellow) and RAL 9005 (black) colors, for a modern contrast and high visibility in urban areas.
Supplied already assembled with steel screws and assembly instructions, the bike rack is prepared for ground fixing using anchor bolts and expansion plugs. Robust, heavy (25 kg), and stable, it is ideal for squares, stations, schools, parks, and cycle paths.
