The structure is made with three galvanized flat iron supports (50x8 mm), specially shaped to guarantee stability and resistance to atmospheric agents. The seat and backrest consist of Ø 20 mm galvanized round steel tube profiles, equipped with PE hemispherical head covers, which protect the material and improve aesthetics.
The epoxy powder coating process, carried out with electrostatic guns and subsequent oven polymerization at 180/200°C, guarantees a uniform, durable and non-toxic coating, complying with current regulations.
