The structure is made of laser-shaped steel sheet (60/10 mm thickness), ensuring high resistance to impacts and atmospheric agents. The seat and backrest have an anatomical shape and are made of galvanized oval steel tubular (40 x 20 x 15/10 mm, length 200 cm), ensuring excellent ergonomic support.
The finishes are made with an advanced thermosetting powder coating process, which includes pre-treatment of vapor degreasing to remove impurities, electrostatic powder coating for uniform protection, and oven curing (180-200°C), which makes the coating resistant to corrosion and wear.
The stainless steel hardware ensures solid and long-lasting assembly, while the ground-level anchoring system allows for secure installation.
