Description

Public space bench with a modern design and bright colors; ideal for schools, parks, municipal gardens and playrooms. The orange color communicates creativity and attraction; in addition to the color, the element that characterizes it is the specially constructed supports depicting the silhouette of a small lion, the same small lion shown with plasma cutting on the backrest to give continuity to the theme. Soft shapes were intentionally chosen to give the bench a light appearance as it is designed for a young audience. A seat with a comfortable backrest and aesthetic beauty complete this product for placement in outdoor environments such as gardens or playgrounds.

Structure:

n° 02 supports consisting of a silhouette depicting a stylized lion in 80 / 10 thick galvanized steel sheet; each individual support is provided with a plate, at the base, in galvanized sheet metal;
anatomically shaped seat-backrest shell, made of 20 / 10 thick galvanized sheet metal with patterns harmonized with the supports. The shell is equipped with holes for fixing to the supports.

Anti-corrosion treatments and finishing:

Pre-treatment: before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids. After washing, the product to be painted is dried for 15 minutes in a dryer.
Anti-corrosion treatment: in order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product is subjected to a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosive primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.
First baking (anti-corrosive): the product treated with the anti-corrosive primer is subjected to a first oven baking lasting 15 minutes at a temperature of 180°. In this phase, the anti-corrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of approximately 60 microns.
Painting: the product is subjected to a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on polyester resins. Painting is performed with electrostatic spray equipment, which allows the powder to be deposited uniformly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 microns.
Final baking: the painted product is subjected to a final oven baking lasting 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°.

Fixing:

the supports are equipped with plates provided with holes for anchoring to the ground by means of anchor bolts and expansion plugs;
the bench is supplied in an assembly kit, with stainless steel screws and assembly instructions.

Terms of payement

Holity uses PayPal and credit transfer as methods of payment.

Credit Transfer

Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with Holity but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of order cancellation or rejection by Holity, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Holity will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment.

Take delivery

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:

The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS ....." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition. In case the customer fails to collect within 2 (two) working days of the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of courier and / or the Company due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, will return the goods to stores in Namiti Ltd., with charge to the account of charges for transport and storage of goods, the customer may request a new shipment of the goods, upon payment of these expenses and the new shipping cost.
