Description

Urban furniture bench with an innovative and modern design ideal for furnishing courtyards, avenues, squares and outdoor spaces of shopping centers, sports facilities and condominium courtyards.

Structure details:

n°02 stylized supports, made by laser technology cutting, consisting of a double shape in galvanized sheet metal
seat made with n°12 round galvanized steel tube profiles.

Pre-treatment:

Before being painted, the product is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids.

Anti-corrosion treatment:

The product undergoes a first painting cycle using a thermosetting powder anti-corrosion primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments to protect it from atmospheric agents.

First baking (anti-corrosion):

It is, subsequently, subjected to a first oven baking lasting 15 min at a temperature of 180°. In this phase the anti-corrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of approximately 60 microns.

Painting:

The product undergoes a final painting cycle with thermosetting powder based on polyester resins in "ruby red" and "brilliant aluminum" colors. The painting is performed with electrostatic spray equipment that allows the powder to settle uniformly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 microns.

Final baking:

The painted product is subjected to a final oven baking lasting 20 min at a temperature of 160°.

Fixing:

The supports are equipped with perforated plates for anchoring to the ground by means of anchor bolts with expansion plugs.
The bench is supplied with an assembly kit and mounting instructions.

Terms of payement

Holity uses PayPal and credit transfer as methods of payment.

Credit Transfer

Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.
The products availability has to be judged only from the credited.

Take delivery

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to inspect:

The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
The packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip

In case of tampering and / or breaks the customer will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery putting the word "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS ....." (give reasons) on the delivery receipt from the courier.

The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition. In case the customer fails to collect within 2 (two) working days of the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of courier and / or the Company due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer with the order, will return the goods to stores in Namiti Ltd., with charge to the account of charges for transport and storage of goods, the customer may request a new shipment of the goods, upon payment of these expenses and the new shipping cost.
