Practical and easy-to-handle trolley for use in professional environments such as restaurant kitchens, hotels and canteens, to speed up the drying phase of dishes and glasses. Its structure is made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, specifically with 20x20 mm square tube section. Composed of 2 slatted plate rack shelves and 1 glass rack shelf, with a capacity of approximately 200 plates Ø 310 mm. The slatted shelves are in stainless steel and a stainless steel tray with plug is included, functional for collecting drips and excess water. On 4 swivel castors with a diameter of 125 mm.
