The H987_07 charging station is an integrated system for the charging and maintenance of electric bicycles and scooters, designed for installations in urban and corporate contexts, and in all spaces open to third-party users, such as public car parks, bike hotels, rest areas, or university campuses.
The structure consists of a main column and 6 integrated modules managed by the column, anchored to it, which expand its functionalities and charging points. Each individual additional module offers 2 outlets (1 Schuko + 1 USB each) with the possibility of adding up to 2 optional plugins, as well as an internal 27-litre compartment for storing chargers, personal items, or tools, protected from the elements. The compartment opens via electronic command directly from the column, ensuring safety and practicality.
The charging station is remotely managed, meaning that the activation of the charging and the opening of the maintenance compartment occurs via a management system. It is, therefore, necessary to have a SIM card. The customer can provide their own SIM, which will then be connected to the management system, or, alternatively, can request the SIM, upon quotation, during the purchase of the station. The purchase of the SIM will involve the payment of a monthly fee and the connection to the management system.
The central column is equipped with 4 active charging points (2 interlocked Schuko outlets + 2 1.5A USB outlets) and a professional tool compartment with 24 integrated tools for small repairs, such as screwdrivers, multitools, pliers, and a pump. The two side supports allow for holding the bike or scooter both for anti-theft docking during charging and for quick and safe maintenance operations.
The entire system operates in Mode 3, in compliance with the IEC EN 61851-1 standard, as required for installations in environments open to the public. Specifically, Mode 3 charging involves the direct connection of the electric vehicle to the AC power grid, using dedicated power equipment. This guarantees maximum safety and compatibility with legal requirements for AC power supply through dedicated devices for charging electric vehicles.
The connection and activation system of the column occur via SIM (not included), to be purchased separately, and can be managed remotely via smartphone or RFID. The system supports OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 protocols, making it compatible with most charging management platforms.
