This pallet box represents a versatile and highly resistant solution for storage and handling in industrial environments. Made entirely of white HDPE (high-density polyethylene), the structure is specifically designed to ensure suitability for food contact, meeting the hygiene requirements necessary in agrifood and pharmaceutical supply chains.
The closed walls configuration ensures secure containment of solid, granular, or liquid products, while the base is equipped with four Ø 125 mm wheels welded onto a galvanized iron swivel plate. This integrated handling system allows for fast and fluid movements within production departments, optimizing logistics times even at full load.

User benefits
Maximum hygiene: the white HDPE surface is non-toxic and easy to sanitize → ensures compliance with HACCP protocols.
Simplified mobility: the presence of 125 mm wheels on a swivel plate → allows heavy loads to be moved manually without the constant aid of forklifts.
Total protection: the closed walls and bottom → prevent the dispersion of the contents and preserve it from external contaminants or dust.
Structural resistance: the use of high-density polyethylene and galvanized iron components → ensures a long service life even in humid or corrosive environments.
Space optimization: the ratio between external dimensions and 525-liter capacity → maximizes storage volume while occupying a limited floor area.
Field of application
The cargopallet finds its primary application in the food industry for the collection and transport of raw materials or processing waste. It is widely used in the fish and meat sector, in pharmaceutical companies for storing components in cleanrooms and in logistics centers for the internal distribution of bulk goods requiring frequent movements between workstations.
Why choose it
This pallet box is the right choice when the priority is to combine food compliance with the need for dynamic handling. Unlike models on skids or feet, the wheeled version eliminates waiting times for the use of pallet trucks, making the operator autonomous in short movements. It is the ideal product for those operating in environments subject to frequent washing, where wood or untreated metals would risk deteriorating rapidly.
FAQ
What is the advantage of closed walls compared to perforated ones?
Closed walls are necessary to contain liquids, powders, or small components that could leak through the gaps. Furthermore, they offer superior protection against splashes and dirt from the outside during storage or transit.
Is the product certified for use in the food industry?
Yes, the HDPE material used is suitable for direct contact with food, complying with current hygiene safety regulations for containers intended for the food chain.
Are the wheels suitable for uneven industrial floors?
The 125 mm diameter and the galvanized iron swivel plate offer excellent smoothness on standard industrial surfaces. However, for extremely irregular floors or with frequent obstacles, it is advisable to proceed with caution to preserve the integrity of the galvanized supports.
