Bus stop shelter made of round galvanized steel tube with back and side wall frames made of galvanized steel tubing. The roof is made of shaped multilayer fiberglass in a semicircular shape with upper reinforcement edges. The walls are made of 10 mm thick shatterproof alveolar polycarbonate protected from UV rays. The galvanized steel parts first undergo a degreasing pre-treatment process for impurities using vapor solutions, then dried and subjected to painting operations using electrostatic guns that cover the pieces with powder paint. Furthermore, the shelter is subjected to polymerization in a hot circulation oven. The pieces coming out of the oven are cooled naturally and painted with non-toxic powders according to current regulations. The bus shelter is designed for ground anchoring and is equipped with a support handle on the inside.
