The frame consists of shaped galvanized sheet metal supports obtained by laser cutting, with shaped corners and preparation at the base for ground anchoring. The intermediate armrest and the side table, also in galvanized sheet metal, are functional elements that enrich the structure, offering practicality and a comfortable support.
The seat and backrest are covered with Okumè wood profiles section 90x25 mm, arranged with different orientation between the seat side and backrest side, to ensure optimal ergonomics and comfort. On the side table, there is a flap that gives access to the integrated USB port, ideal for recharging smartphones or electronic devices in public spaces.
All electrical components are protected in a special internal compartment, inaccessible and safe, to ensure reliability and prevent tampering. The finish of the frame is in RAL 3004HR (purple red), obtained with a cycle of certified anti-corrosion treatments: washing, sandblasting, epoxy primer, thermosetting powder coating and double polymerization at 180°C. This process ensures a uniform, resistant and durable coating, capable of protecting the structure from atmospheric agents.
The bench is supplied already assembled, complete with steel screws and instructions for fixing. It is prepared for ground installation via anchor bolts and expansion plugs. With a total weight of 84 kg, it offers the right stability even in high-traffic public areas.
