The H140_543 lighting bench is an innovative solution for contemporary urban furniture, integrating comfort, durability, and sustainable technology. Designed for public areas, squares, parks, and pedestrian spaces, it is engineered to provide a safe and modern resting point, even during evening hours, thanks to its solar-powered lighting system.
The frame is made with shaped supports in galvanized sheet metal 90x8 mm thick, obtained by laser cutting with shaped corners for greater robustness and a base prepared for ground anchoring. The seat and backrest, front and rear, are covered with Okumè wood profiles with a 90x25 mm section, a material valued for its resistance and stability outdoors.
The upper module, also in galvanized sheet metal, houses a central lighting fixture powered by an integrated photovoltaic panel located at the top. All electrical components are enclosed in an internal compartment within the structure, protected by a security key, with a power cable outlet at the base.
The structure is painted in RAL 3004HR (purple red) and subjected to a certified cycle of anti-corrosion treatments: washing, sandblasting, epoxy primer, thermosetting powder coating, and double polymerization at 180°C. This ensures resistance to atmospheric agents, long-lasting protection, and a uniform aesthetic finish.
The product is supplied in an assembly kit, complete with steel screws and hardware and assembly instructions. It is prepared for ground anchoring using anchor bolts and expansion plugs, ensuring stability and safety. The customer then must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for the expedition.
