The anti-decubitus system suitable for people with high weight, consisting of a compressor with pressure adjustment and an air mattress with interchangeable elements, promotes, with the alternation of contact points with the patient’s body, blood circulation and good oxygenation of the tissues, preventing the onset of pressure sores. The compressor is equipped with a knob that allows the pressure to be adjusted according to the patient’s weight. Compact and silent, it can be placed on the floor or hung on the bed rail thanks to two support hooks. The mattress is made of medical-grade PVC, subjected to antibacterial treatment. It consists of 20 interchangeable elements, which inflate alternately, fixed with snap buttons, which facilitate replacement in case of breakage and allow for cleaning. Eight central elements are provided with low air loss micro-holes to allow for a more comfortable and dry rest. The mattress is completed by four elastic bands at the corners that allow it to be anchored to the underlying mattress. It is equipped with a CPR Valve, used for immediate deflation of the mattress for urgent resuscitation interventions. The waterproof and breathable cover is equipped with a zipper that runs along the entire perimeter of the mattress.
