The two-station surgical scrub sink represents a standard of excellence for the filter zone of operating rooms and high-criticality hospital departments. Designed to ensure maximum hygiene for medical personnel, the device combines a Corian basin body — a non-porous material with LGA antibacterial certification — with a supporting structure and backsplash in satin-finish AISI 304 stainless steel. The absence of surface joints and the specific ergonomic frontal shaping minimize liquid stagnation and reduce splash dispersion, optimizing the microbiological safety of the healthcare environment.
The wall-mounted suspended configuration frees up floor space, facilitating room sanitization operations. Technical management is handled by a quick inspection system with a front panel equipped with concealed magnetic couplings, allowing immediate intervention on internal components without compromising the aesthetics and cleanliness of the surface.

User benefits
Superior hygiene: the use of non-porous Corian prevents bacterial and fungal proliferation on the washing surface.
Infection prevention: the photocell activation of water sources and dispensers eliminates manual contact, zeroing the risk of cross-contamination.
Operating comfort: the frontal shaping of the basin allows an ergonomic approach that reduces operator fatigue during surgical washing.
Simplified maintenance: the magnetic coupling system of the front panel allows immediate technical access without the use of complex tools.
Water quality: the presence of inspectable brass filters traps microparticles, protecting the mixers and ensuring a clean water flow.
Structural longevity: satin-finish AISI 304 steel ensures impeccable resistance to hospital chemical disinfection protocols.
Field of application
The sink is intended exclusively for medical and healthcare environments with high hygiene requirements. It finds its ideal location in pre-operative filter zones, where the surgeon must prepare hands and arms before entering the room. It is also indicated for analysis laboratories, microbiological research centers, and intensive care units, where sterility management is an mandatory operational requirement.
Why choose it
This model is the correct choice when it is necessary to combine the durability of steel with the bacteriostatic properties of Corian, overcoming the limits of standard ceramic or purely metal sinks. It is suitable for facilities requiring a simultaneous double station in optimized spaces. Operational prerequisites include a load-bearing wall suitable for the suspended load and preparation for wall-mounted water connections, ensuring a clean installation compliant with current health regulations.
FAQ
What certifications guarantee the microbiological safety of the material?
The Corian basin body is LGA certified for its antibacterial properties, while the entire unit is supplied with a CE declaration of conformity, attesting to compliance with European safety and quality standards.
How does this sink differ from a traditional stainless steel one?
Unlike steel, Corian allows for a basin totally free of joints and sharp corners, physically eliminating dirt accumulation points and ensuring a silkier surface to the touch and less subject to visible limescale deposits.
What happens if the soap dispenser batteries run out?
The battery power is designed for long autonomy. If necessary, the inspectable front panel with magnetic couplings allows for quick and intuitive battery replacement without having to dismantle the structure.
