The service trolley h314_159 is a professional solution designed specifically for clearing and handling operations within HoReCa contexts. The structure, entirely made of 18/10 stainless steel with a 20x20 mm square tube, guarantees maximum corrosion resistance and a long operational life even in high-humidity environments such as professional kitchens.
The two-shelf configuration is optimized for load safety: the upper shelf features a 200 mm rim, ideal for holding dishes or unstable containers, while the lower shelf has a height of 60 mm to facilitate the loading of bulkier items. Mobility is entrusted to four large-diameter swivel castors with integrated bumpers.

User benefits
Certified hygiene: The use of 18/10 stainless steel ensures a non-porous surface, facilitating sanitation procedures compliant with HACCP protocols.
Transport safety: The 200 mm upper rim acts as a protective barrier, drastically reducing the risk of accidental falls of plates or glasses during transit.
Smooth maneuverability: The 125 mm swivel castors allow for agile movements even when fully loaded, easily overcoming small floor disconnections.
Furniture integrity: The rubber bumpers cushion accidental impacts, preserving the integrity of walls, doors, and dining room furniture.
Structural stability: The 20x20 mm square tube frame provides torsional rigidity, avoiding structural flexing under the weight of the load.
Field of application
This trolley finds its ideal placement in industrial kitchens, in the dining rooms of large restaurants, hotels and corporate canteens. It is specifically indicated for the end-of-service phases (table clearing) and for the internal transport of washed equipment. The construction robustness makes it also suitable for logistical support in catering and banqueting contexts where reliability and speed of maneuver are required.
Why choose it
The h314_159 model is the correct choice when the priority is the safety of the transported contents: the height of the upper rim, which is above the market average, allows for managing stacks of plates or unstable loads with greater peace of mind compared to standard trolleys. It is an investment suitable for facilities that require durable equipment, capable of withstanding intense work cycles without suffering from oxidation or structural failure, typical of inexpensive versions in chrome-plated steel or light alloys.
FAQ
What is the difference between the 18/10 stainless steel used and 430 stainless steel?
18/10 stainless steel contains a percentage of nickel that makes it extremely more resistant to corrosion and chemical detergents than the 430 series, ensuring superior durability and greater ease of cleaning in the food sector.
Does the trolley comply with current hygiene and health regulations?
Yes, the design with smooth stainless steel surfaces and the absence of critical dead corners makes it compliant with the directives provided for by HACCP self-control plans for the food sector.
Are the wheels equipped with brakes or are they only swivel?
The standard model features 4 swivel castors for maximum maneuverability; the configuration without brakes is optimized for continuous clearing where movement speed is the primary factor.
