The urban furniture bus shelter is ideal for placement near schools, parks, and sports centers, equipped with a bench suitable for children.
The structure is composed of two rear posts in galvanized round steel tube complete with a base plate, at the base, in galvanized sheet metal with holes for anchoring to the ground and two side ribs, in the upper part, in galvanized sheet metal with decorative cutout holes. The ribs are connected and made solid with each other by means of a frame in galvanized steel profiles.
The polycarbonate roof is opaque cellular type supported by curved galvanized steel profiles and with a gutter, at the back, for the collection and discharge of rainwater.
The entire structure is pre-treated by spray washing with special degreasing liquids and dried for 15 minutes in a dryer. In order to provide suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the product undergoes a painting cycle using an anti-corrosion thermosetting powder primer based on epoxy resins with special pigments.
Anchoring to the ground using 12 hexagonal head lag bolts and expansion nylon wall plugs.
The shelter and bench are supplied with an kit di assemblaggio consisting of stainless steel screws and assembly instructions.
