Bus waiting shelter with structure composed of 5 round galvanized steel tubular uprights Ø 76x3 mm thick and round galvanized steel tube Ø 60 mm, equipped with round galvanized steel plates Ø 250 mm, thickness 50/10. Roof frame composed of galvanized steel tubular and DIBOND sheet, i.e., double aluminum sheet with polyethylene core, color BLACK. Rear and side cladding in 10 mm thick tempered transparent glass according to accident prevention standards supported by aluminum clamps. Side cladding composed of a galvanized steel frame and removable panels in DIBOND for posting advertising messages. Wall-mounted bench composed of elements in laser-shaped sheet metal and oval tubular sections 40x20x1.5 mm. Decorative elements in round galvanized steel tube are fixed on the roof. Finish: The galvanized steel parts first undergo a degreasing pre-treatment process through steam solutions, then dried and subjected to painting operations using electrostatic guns that cover the pieces with powder paint in a floury state. Subsequently, the product is subjected to polymerization in an oven, a process that allows the powder to solidify by baking at a temperature of 180/200° C in a hot air circulation oven. The pieces coming out of the oven are cooled naturally. The powders used in the painting process are non-toxic according to current regulations.
