Manually emergency column shower and eyes-washing in ABS with footboard and manually opening
In certain production sectors, Emergency Showers are an indispensable tool among first aid equipment. Their presence is necessary in workplaces where there is a risk of coming into contact with hazardous substances, such as acids, bases, solvents, hot liquids, or flames. In the event of such accidents, the emergency shower is essential to wash away the contaminant from the body and thus reduce the possibility of significant physical damage.
The emergency showers for sale on Holity comply with all European regulations regarding health and workplace safety: Legislative Decree no. 123/2007, EEC Dir. 92/58, UNI 9608/93 standards, Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, OSHA - ANSI. Furthermore, the emergency showers have been designed in accordance with the ISO 3864 standard which regulates safety signage rules; in fact, they are available in the green RAL 6029 color dedicated to signs and signals indicating an emergency.
The range of products offered by Holity includes various models and types of emergency showers: wall-mounted, column-mounted with floor fixing, with or without eye wash stations. These are models whose recommended placement is approximately 2.15 m from the ground.
The materials used are characterized by their hardness and resistance to chemical agents and high temperatures. The shower structures can be made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or ABS and coated with a green epoxy paint finish, a substance resistant to corrosion and chemical agents. The shower heads are instead composed of hard thermoplastic materials such as ABS and polypropylene. Each shower is equipped with a rigid pull rod featuring a triangular handle that makes manual activation practical and immediate, thus offering maximum safety performance.
