PVC (polyvinyl chloride), vinyl often defined, is a thermoplastic material obtained from salt and oil. The PVC, due to its characteristics, is a 100% recyclable material, since it is possible to melt it repeatedly without loss of those qualities that distinguish it. The advantage of the tub PVC is mainly to make the waterproof structure, to cost less and to be placed in about one or two days (for swimming pools are not very large). Good thermal stability and soft to the touch. We do not recommend the use of the coated liner, too thin and too vulnerable to the sun's rays.

All metal parts are galvanized and treated with epoxy paint against rust.

Galvanizing is the process by which a zinc coating is applied on a surface of metal generally steel to protect it from galvanic corrosion:
it in fact limits the formation of micro-electrolytic cells to anodic action in the grain boundaries.
Zinc is less electronegative (ie less noble) of the steel, and then, in case of breakages or porosity of the protective film,
itself becomes the sacrificial anode in the electrolytic corrosion and is consumed if there is closure of the field lines.

The cartridge filter for swimming pool allows to obtain the maximum filtration surface, with minimum encumbrance. The cartridge inside the filter consists of a cylinder composed of a range of filter paper folded over itself. The large surface area of ​​filtration thus obtained allows to obtain a movement twenty times slower than a sand filter.

The cartridge filter does not require a sewer connection. The cartridge cleaning is done manually, with a jet of water under pressure after removing it from the filter. In this way, you avoid wasting unnecessarily large amounts, water.

Inside the filter, the pool water passes through the cartridge gets rid of dirt and deposits.
Then, the selector valve of the filter redirects the flow of water towards the swimming pool, in which there falls through the nozzle inlet.
