Structure:
- No. 02 supports an "X" drawn stylized cutting laser technology, galvanized steel thickness 80/10, each support is lined on the inside, from flat galvanized mm. 50 x 6 and is provided with holes for anchoring to the ground;
- No. 01 cross connection at the bottom, made of tubular galvanized steel mm. ∅ 25 x 1.5 complete with end caps in PVC pressure;
- back-seat body made of No. 10 planks of pine wood (section mm. 60 x 40) and No. 02 external contours shaped cross-section with rounded corners. The boards are equipped with holes for fixing on special shapes in mm galvanized plate. 50 x 4, which confer the anatomical shape. Two perforated straps connect the boards and give added rigidity to the structure.
Anti-corrosion treatments and finishing:
METAL STRUCTURE
- Pre-treatment: before being painted, the building is pre-treated by a spray washing with special degreasing. After washing, the piece to be painted, is dried for 15 minutes in a dryer.
- Anticorrosive treatment: in order to impart suitable protection against atmospheric agents, the article is subjected to a first coating cycle using an anticorrosive primer in thermosetting powder based on epoxy resins with special pigments.
- Before cooking (corrosion): the artifact treated with the anticorrosive primer is subjected to a first baking period of 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 °. In this phase the anticorrosive polymerizes, forming a coating thickness of about 60 microns.
- Painting: the wall is subjected to a final cycle of thermosetting powder coating with polyester resin-based color "gun barrel". The coating is performed with electrostatic spray equipment, which allow the powder to settle evenly on the pieces, forming a minimum thickness of 60 microns.
- Final firing: the coated manufacture is subjected to a final baking in the oven for a period of 20 minutes at a temperature of 160 °.
LISTONI
- impregnated high-pressure autoclave with concentrated saline fluid. This treatment gives the planks proactive protection against attack by insects, fungi and rot. The boards undergo a cycle impregnated with a colorful and last step of glossy finish for outdoor use.
Fixing:
- the supports are fitted with perforated plates for anchoring to the ground by means of anchor bolts and anchors;
- the bench is supplied in kit assembly, stainless steel hardware and installation instructions.
